These Terms of Use govern access to sproutbackao.world, purchases of Stabilyn products, and participation in related educational sessions. By using the site or purchasing products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use and contact us to clarify outstanding orders.

Definitions

“Site” refers to sproutbackao.world and its pages. “Products” means digital primers, live sessions, and printed kits listed on the Products page. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stabilyn as operated through the Site. “You” refers to visitors and customers.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when purchasing Products or booking sessions. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials if we issue accounts for download portals. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts for fraud or abuse.

Orders and pricing

Prices listed in Danish kroner include VAT where applicable for Danish customers. We may adjust prices prospectively; confirmed orders honor the price at checkout. Errors may be corrected before acceptance; if an error already charged, we will refund the difference or cancel the order.

Digital licenses

The Digital Stability Primer is licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless a separate enterprise license is purchased. You may not redistribute, publicly share, or resell files. You may print copies for personal use. Download links expire periodically for security; request a refresh through contact channels if needed.

Live sessions

Monthly Habit Review Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Reschedule requests should arrive at least twenty-four hours in advance unless emergencies arise. If you miss a session without notice, we may count it as delivered at our discretion. Sessions are educational conversations; they are not clinical supervision.

Printed kits

Printed Stability Kits ship according to the Return Policy. Risk of loss passes according to Incoterms described in your order confirmation. Inspect packages on arrival and report damage within the window stated in the Return Policy.

Intellectual property

Stabilyn retains all rights to text, layout, branding, and curated materials. Limited license grants described above apply to purchasers. Third-party trademarks remain property of their owners. Trademarks are used only descriptively where necessary.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Site to distribute malware, scrape content beyond fair indexing, harass staff, or attempt unauthorized access. You must not use Products to build competing training materials without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Products and the Site are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond mandatory consumer rights under Danish law.

Limitation of liability

Except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, our aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profits. These limitations do not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is unlawful.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Copenhagen have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections give you rights in another forum.
